Managers think, they are god. Your views will always be rejected. Hr is not there to help you. They will always listen to managers.

Work Details

Very bad. If you work for 14hours, still your manager thinks you are not putting enough effort. One word answer - there is no equality.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
