Likes

Work freedom is there. Work culture is good. No tantrums of HR and Bosses. Everyone is dedicated to work.

Dislikes

Perks and benefits are terrible. I am in Sales , the travel policies are terrible. You tend to loose money. As the decision making staff do not travel usually, they do not feel like changing or upgrading the policies.

Work Details

I am in to Sales for the Infrastructure division. Bringing in new clients is my primary objective.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
