Good work environment and culture. Teamates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and give good salary hike.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
