The work culture & environment is really good here. Management is also perfect. Company policy is superb. Work-life is balanced. They really concentrate on their core values. especially "People first". Frankly speaking, I am not that satisfied with the career growth & Opportunities perspective. They are slightly lacking in this zone, otherwise, overall I would rate this company 7 out of 10.
