Working for a long period in the same company, good or bad?
Hi guys, I have this question always running in my mind and unable to come out. I have been working in a company for 13+ years and continuing in the same company. I have started my career in a small company that worked for 2 years and in another company and stuck there for over 13 years. I started this company with 3 LPA and now earning 34 LPA. I learnt some new technologies and worked on good projects. Now i have been into one project and it will not be any useful for me. I am thinking of moving out of the company but now I am not getting much interview calls. I feel regret that I stayed at this company and may have missed good opportunities. There are some reasons that I stayed back at this company like I got a good hike(when I kept my papers down twice), life became busy after getting married and having kids (been into some type of fear if I move to another company and can't prove), Have home loan emi and other emi, got habituated to comforts like WFH, known environment etc.
