Or they will assign you a project where you have to work for extremely long hours, and only 1 person will work per project including support US client at mid night, they will also ask for working on weekends(you cannot reject this) and holiday but they will pay the basic(they will ask you in start only by saying wether you are married and have responsibilities...) and when you say no they will make you leave saying you are not suitable for any project.
