No employee leave policies - No seak leave and Paid leavs. salary will deducted whenever we take leave and only 9 Holidays in year. Even not giving offer letter, Joining letter and salary slips. They give us this document after serving notice period of Job Leaving. Future is not safe here, fresher or >1.5 yrs experience person can join for learning database and new technologies. Personally i suggest dont go if you are 1.5 + experience...Read More
