Having your opinion heard while working with experienced and senior professionals is one of the best things at WTW. The support the manager and the seniors in the team provide is really a blessing. Having a good work life balance and the number of PTOs here are great as well.

Too much office politics, manager's spoons are given promotions. Too much time tracking and managing humans like robots.

Talented people will lose their talent here doing nothing. Internal politics. No responsibility among the people. To get 1 hours of work done requires more than a week. Not training. You will have to learn everything by yourself.
