Its a great company to work with . I work for a capitive project and it has its own plus and minus . If you are on a capitive projects , you will have a superb work life balance, comfortable working enviornment ,but it would be ' learn by your own 'kind of experience. You would have to dig out and gain knowledge by yourselves .you would get initial training but as you go you would learn .pay scale is also pretty decent . You have to look for oppertunity and grab it by yourselves . If you are on a non capitive projects , the brighter you shine , higher you will step up the ladder. The process is defined, you would be fed with all the knowledge . The timings are strict and the pay scale is also pretty good . You would have great enviornment around and would have a planned approach . So its like 'will teach you everything' kind of experience. But if you are able to bring up ideas ,you will be recognized pretty well. In a nut shell , its a great company ,good work lige balance , moderate payscale , no or zero L&D. No learning and development ,but you have to learn by your own .compensation is decent but employee perks are less . Facilities are not great.
