2 month notice.nd from April it would be of 3 month...No any appraisal...appraisal would be in 1 yr and those also 2-3% only...No any job security is there.So many politics is here...No any fun activities is here.HR team never support there employees.Very Boring environment.

They have high budget projects. So, you may learn something new by yourself.

They alway want you to become busy even if you don't have enough work from them, hr will penalized you in this case. No work flexibility. Management is worst, they don't have senior level etiquettes. Very limited paid leaves and holidays. Even don't expect holiday on big festival. You always want to listen YES sir. Anytime they wantyou to visit the office with no proper reason and noone is going to pay extra for that. Anytime you could be fired from senior management with No proper reason and unfortunately, even HR don't gonna help you in this matter.In this point they ask you to leave with no extra salary or you must be penalized by management as black listed.
