It's noteworthy that this is the first instance where questions have been raised about our company culture, which has always prioritized being a humane-first organization. Terminations are exceedingly rare within our company, typically occurring only in cases of dual employment (moonlighting). Many of our team members have devoted over 15 years to our organization, contributing significantly to the longevity of our workforce, a matter of immense pride for us.
