Very limited paid leaves and holidays. Even don't expect holiday on big festival. You always want to listen YES sir. Anytime they wantyou to visit the office with no proper reason and noone is going to pay extra for that. Anytime you could be fired from senior management with No proper reason and unfortunately, even HR don't gonna help you in this matter.In this point they ask you to leave with no extra salary or you must be penalized by management as black listed.
