No job security and work and life balance. Working pressure for clothing market and no anyone knows to stratagy for clothing division. Need to learn and understand clothes categary business For trade Market. Very hard for clothing market for trade channel without manpower and money power supports.

Centralized depot makes the logistics system slow and creating a roadblock in the progress of the company. Also company has introduced multiple categories & they are accepting the same expertise from the top management and also from the branch team for all the categories.
