The management is very bad. It's south people driven company where only south Indian people are given importance and priority After joining from the first month they will threaten you to terminate. Upper level management is very very slow and no Corporative..they not to fullfill the sellery which they committe so first of all check your appointments latter..and one big issue in this company if hiring manager outside they give good sellery packages but they are promote our employees upper level managers not give them actual sellery which they deserve.

Wildcraft could be categorised as one of the best companies until 2020. Then due to certain Managerial changes work culture got worsen drastically.

Head of east region Mr. Manish was pathetic. Always give us fake commitments do not appreciate our good work. Always says if you don't achieve Target you will be sacked. No job security is there..
