When I joined WheelsEye it was the time I liked the most because of Supportive TL like Somditya Dutta & RH Shivendra Sir even upper management too use to guide and atleast take feedbacks from us about client and try to be better.

Dislikes

Unwanted designation promoted to TSM still paying less than the other senior executives working in the system. Current management is the worst launching new products but not taking fleet owner feedback or challenges positively if you complain you will be fired with out any reason. All Telecom worst employee have started joining this start-up in create a mess

The top level management is worst. They use to make changes every month They don't know about there long term goal The major problem is about top management and this need to be improved giving higher salaries to them but they have lack of knowledge. Majorly Indian companies are use to copy american culture but atleast copy them with good ideas. The management only wants high salary. they use to higher people from Indiamart but they don't know Indiamart is service based company and wheelseye is service + product based. if you try to share your ideas this will be worst thing. every company needs profit but the way they are going they will not go so far. Nothing good at all just focus on sale not in customer resolution and waste management off growth manages they hired only female candidate for flirt only all the tl and manager of tele sale s like that and give full pressure on male candidate

Only higher management is good here not manager level people are doing parciliaty not job secure here they never give pip for low performance direct fire candidate and one more thing in sales if customer not pay amount tl and managers forced to pay to candidate this company is not problem solving any more

Company policy at this time is good company have a vision for long time training part is also good Saturday morning zoom call is very benifit for me also clear all doubt Thor update is good I have check my salary part and incentive part .

Security of job is not in this company also we have not clear all programs like part of sales and product but it is good for training section is clear all problems and doubts .
