The top level management is worst. They use to make changes every month They don't know about there long term goal The major problem is about top management and this need to be improved giving higher salaries to them but they have lack of knowledge. Majorly Indian companies are use to copy american culture but atleast copy them with good ideas. Upper management lacks a longterm vision. The upper management is quite egoistic. Huge internal politics across all the teams. Its always new joinee vs the old ones.
