The team I work with are good to be with. And there is learning opportunity in my stream and also there is lot to implement and develop which company is not encouraging to do

Dislikes

No flexibility for employees, time restrictions. Don't know why some departments need to work in odd hours. Working 5 days a week from office after COVID time is very much discouraging for the employees. This will lead to attrition. Hybrid model is good to work as employees are happy with the hybrid model. For some roles there should be flexibility on timings.. Main Moto should be completion of duties, not to be in the office all the day and should be present in standard bracket of timings. Company should work and also understand employees mind, as most of them have understood the financial impact of "Work from Home", "Hybrid Model" of working.
