Here lead won’t do any coding, manager do so such Favouritism to the telugu people, without any work he will give promotion and hike everything to them, please don’t join this company if your manager in Hydrabad and your work location would be bangalore, you will be simple soft target.

While recruiting, they will not clearly explain all the requirements. After you join, they start saying rotational shift, No allowance for night shifts, You have to work outside your login hours to cover US meeting or urgent projects. They say CAB will be provided but it will be bus - point pickup, its the worst. It will pick you upso early and drop you 30 mins early before your shift starts. No allowance, no reimbursement of any sorts. After you join, Nobody cares. Nobody will introduce themselves or the project or the work. Everything is so robotic. Only few teams follow/adhere to timings helping in maintaining ,the weekly ‘in office’ others leave with 4-5 hrs of ‘in office’. Organisation should enforce it across all teams min 7 hrs in office.

Long working hours people don't know what to do but still ask us to deliver things My manager calles 7 o clock in the not ask us to finish the things by EOD And he puts calls in the early morning 9 o clock.. Instead of 9 hours we are working for 24 hours I guess My health got spoiled and due to calls I was not able to eat properlyand lost 5 kgs in a month's span and got dizziness and felt sick. I dont work there anymore, but my stint with Wells was nothing short of brilliance I learnt the most in that firm than i did in my last entire 11 years prior career Growth environment is strong and opportunities are there to grab, great leadership and well balanced culture of growth and competition.

Pretty behind from tech perspective towards its presence in operations, its very little. Although the Leadership is great!

Work wise there is nothing to learn they have seperated each and every process into small parts that's where it has failed just there is only copy pasting thing nothing to learn if freshers join here they can spoil their career.

No micromanagement, you can express your questions and concerns openly. People are always helpful. If you are interested you can learn new skills and use them in work. Management is supportive in skills development. Get benefits like 2 way transportation.

Pay is very high for new joiners and person who is working for 2-3 years left behind with very less salary. Promotions are very rare.

Most of the policies are top-down. There is Global Employee Survey not sure about how seriously the Feedbacks are taken. Upper management gives preferential treatment, clear bias in appraisals. They are after you and make your professional growth hell if you raise your dissent. Focuses more on delivering quantity rather than quality.

Managers are everything here, misusing their power and hr management is just a kind of puppet. PIP is used as a cross cutting tool. Worked with many organizations before, this is the worst one.

Managers are everything here, they are given all the power to decide your future in wells fargo and they Misuse it for sure. Pip is used here as an cross cutting tool. Racism is at its core. Most of the managers are stable in same project since decade and have lack of work ethics. Ive worked with many org before, this is the worst ever.
