Company has very good facility and takes care of the employees fairly well.

Dislikes

Politics - there are a few of them who do a lot of politics within the Consumer Analytics & Marketing team. They have come from Fidelity and favour each other to grow in the organisation. 360 feedback is done because they are worried about some of the negative feedback that might come on them. The head of CAM is also keeping quiet and not acting on it. They're losing a lot of talent because of the favouritism. I have couple questions and doubts that I wanted to clarify before joining Genpact

My in-hand as discussed in interview was 30k and I was told that it's only one side cab with no travel allowance and as I'm staying far from the office I will spend at least 4k in travel making my in-hand 26k which is only 4k more than my current jobs pays Do Genpact also have incentives that could cover the travel fare and when doing night shift does they provide both side cab? Please help me here 🙏 anyone
