Working with a crappy company does have its benefits. It teaches you what not to do and for that I thank Wellness Forever

From the outside the company looks posh and has a classic feel of an MNC...But once in, its worse than a government office. Nothing is in place. I feel the owners should consider renaming the company to Unwellness Forever. The management sucks. The bosses are nothing but headless chickens who have no sense of direction and because of that the lower management feel like stray dogs, who are physically there but have no idea what has to be done. The company has a huge potential to grow leaps and bounds but the crab mentality that the middle management displays will do nothing but incur the company losses, if not keep them in the same place for years.
