No standardized salary structure, no appreciation letters even if you hang yourself upside down, small mishap may serve you a critical note or even warning letter lack of staffing not very much new things to learn as one may get to learn in metro cities also career growth is very very slow accompanied by lack of cross training programs.

Well am a chef and it's a challenging job you have to keep your senses open all time no room for any mistakes plus have to satisfy guests need which I do lovingly, coordinating, keeping track of hygiene, costing, wow ratio and quality
