Inadequate qualifications and training for the recently COO and leading to negative impact on team and performance, they should have given leadership training Lack of Performance appraisal systems, and clear targets, hindering personal growth and alignment with company objectives. absence of incentives and fair compensation practices, resulting in demotivation among employees.
