Salary on time. No pressure. Good for freshers and 1-2 years experienced people. They have lots of opportunities to learn but not for senior or mid level.

No work appreciation, No promotion, legacy work. No new tech stacks change. You will be told No to apply new things if you say so. Though, they will say yes if the technology which we work upon will be removing things and apply new techs. No flexibility in working hours, you have to complete your shift and task timings, no matter you are done with your work. No hybrid works. No Wfh even on demand until they call you. Their penalty rules are just excuses to cut salaries. They hire max 4-5 years people, so don't expect higher compensation....Read More

The senior believe in politics, they will say something in front of you and try to be your true mate and will do the same with others. Some of the managers are not knowledgeable enough at starting you won't know but as your skill set grows things become clear.
