Though, they will say yes if the technology which we work upon will be removing things and apply new techs. No flexibility in working hours, you have to complete your shift and task timings, no matter you are done with your work. No hybrid works. No Wfh even on demand until they call you. Their penalty rules are just excuses to cut salaries. They hire max 4-5 years people, so don't expect higher compensation....Read More
