I am disappointed by the HR deciding my salary based on previous salary. During the HR interview, it was clear that they will not check for my previous experience & yet they asked to verify my previous experience documents.

There's is not to like. But, some of seniors are very kind and always ready to help.

The Company is worst for fresher. Because it wound the employee for 2.5 years bond with very less salary and the shift hour of work is very long from 9.30 AM to 7.00 PM. So there is no work - life balance and this timing is on paper only, nobody allowed to leave atleast 8.00PM and some employees even work at late night and there is no increment and appraisal. The technology on which the company work has no market demand. Most of technology are outdated. So, work is repetitive which will not help you in upskilling. Management is always monitoring your each and every activity. Management always gives priority to senior.So, as a fresher my experience is very bad....Read More

All staff of Webkul is really very helpful, work culture is really good and even safe(especially for female staff), no politics kind of things. Webkul take care of each employee, their working policies are in such way that employees need gets easily fit into them. Salary gets deposited in each employees account without ever getting delayed on 7th of each month. If employee is hard working and works in disciplined manner no matter if he/she is taking time to grasp things and is taking time to deliver tasks then also there is 100% job security, as there is no possibility of recession kinds of things because Webkul is not dependent on clients projects rather here products are created which are mostly purchased by international clients. They hire only those employees who are having inner desire to learn and grow their career because no employee can sit ideal there as their work never ends.
