I won't know if I liked anything about the company, it was the people because of whom I made through

- deducted half day salary on any stupid matter(like coming 5 min late) - they made you feel like they own you. - You can not have life outside company - they monitored every one closely who so ever is looking on phone. - they used to ask to turn off task while going to washroom - working hours were strictly counted. - breaks provided were minimal and on the clock that is 20 min. - even if you are doing 12 hrs of work per day, no OT was provided, if your Monday - Friday working hours exceeded 45 hours

...they will make ur life hell if u try to resign then you have to pay bond amount. Thy will deduct salary or increase your working hours even if you are on urgent call with parents. If they caught u while taking coffee or in washroom or in stairs they will apply 2 hours penalty on you . Whether you work is done before time still you have to stay office to complete your hours .there is such a bad HRM management software. In each and every scenario they will deduct salary or implement extra hours works penalty. Dumb hr will threatened you if u resign then you have to pay amount Office timings are fixed, login time fixed but lougout not if u go early seniors will say to do extra hours of work to show ur dedication.

Likes

Salary on time. No pressure. Good for freshers and 1-2 years experienced people. They have lots of opportunities to learn but not for senior or mid level.

Dislikes

No work appreciation, No promotion, legacy work. No new tech stacks change. You will be told No to apply new things if you say so. Though, they will say yes if the technology which we work upon will be removing things and apply new techs. No flexibility in working hours, you have to complete your shift and task timings, no matter you are done with your work. No hybrid works. No Wfh even on demand until they call you. Their penalty rules are just excuses to cut salaries. They hire max 4-5 years people, so don't expect higher compensation.

- Low salary as per market standards - Strict timings - All policies are in company favour

Everything is like, company culture is great, CEO is very kind and nice persons. you can learn many things here, appraisal is very good almost 100%, salary is good if you will stay long in the company and build trust. working hrs 5 days and 8 hrs per work.

Dislikes

Not a permanent work from home. its hybrid and work from office.
