Hardly to like anything at Way
Very bad place, toxic culture and no value for employees. The management is horrible. No work life balance. We need to be always available. Old mindset, No professionalism, no ethics, very bad actions and talks from management constantly. My working days should be Monday to Friday but they will always ask some work on weekends

The work is very high impact and there are lots of opportunities to learn if you're not already familiar with the auto/fintech space. Most of the big projects I've been on so far have been fun to work on. There are also a lot of talented, kind, and helpful engineers at way.com who are really nice to learn from. I really enjoy my manager and the folks on my team. The money + growth are good.
The work life balance is average. For how many products way has, we are a very lean company.

Nothing. All the reviews shared are written by the social media and the HR team on a schedule and exactly the same. The negatives are also worded as recommendation to the employees.
Leadership is the worst. Old school, self ego massaging male leadership. "Ive achieved this, I's achieved that" nothing to show for on the ground. HR is a joke. POSH issues are brushed under the carpet and the person who complains is sent out of the organisation basis of bad performance. HR head herself is never in the office but everyone else needs to time even their coffee and bathroom breaks. Even if you argue that they pay more, they will squeeze 3 times the work out of you....Read More
