If you are working as a contractual employee, No job security, No guarantee for permanent (peoples are working 8-10 years and still not getting payscale) same day job discontinue (No notice period). I don't know much about the salary increment for project engineer (contractual), in my opinion for contractual staff should have a scope of annual salary increment as per yearly performance evaluation in a given project.

The Sr. Management has no manners to speak with their colleagues. The Director spells out foul languages (galiya) to the office people all the time. They will spoil your career. The Director will not let you join anywhere else even if you get selected in better organisation & exploit you.
