Nothing. I really thought it was good company with a great work culture. Nothing is organised or structured. They also not even willing to adopt latest technology. Most of hiring happens through refferal system. Most position are given to the loved ones rather than accessing their capabilities or skill or even educational background.

Dislikes

My experience at WAPCOS was disappointing due to several key issues. The management lacked structure, resulting in confusion and inefficiency in project handling. Many employees, including myself, lacked proper training, leading to subpar performance and a sense of being overwhelmed. The project manager's supposed expertise was questionable, as she struggled with basic tasks. WAPCOS's focus on acquiring projects based solely on reduced commissions overlooks the importance of quality work and client relationships. Furthermore, there were significant gaps in the technical team, impeding their effectiveness.
