Job security is not good in Pmc because it depends on projects available in company.work culture is good in wapcos because it provide salary on time .wapcos do not provide salary slip to the contractual employees. Salary increment is good in wapcos ltd.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
