Junior management is very arrogant and they don't know how to manage teachers.They are constantly poking in between of lectures and I found that they are less knowledgeable even if they were experienced. No free hand was given to teachers and indirectly tries to take out job from you which is very disrespectful.Actually I found dirty politics happening inside the system except this some of the teachers were good and helpful but this thing can't help you to sustain in job and some of the senior people seems ignorant they don't know what is happening behind their back....Read More

Alot of hygiene well panned curriculum. Lot of enjoyment to teachers. Less working hrs. Friendly environment in staff.. Less clerical work everything is technical handled.

Dislikes

Lot of bombarding to teachers. Some 11th hr plan and activity may irritate you. Too much running like less timing of periods. Also cleaning and helping staff don't respect teachers at all. And management pampers them more
