It varies from team to team but overall it's an average company with less focus on tech.

Dislikes

Fraud, unethical practices being done from top level. Misleading policies especially around RSUs. And they shamefully try hiding behind the policies. They misuse employee's compulsions cheaply.

Although it varies from team to team, in general there is work life balance, and the work culture is good. The usual standard facilities like food at the office, and cab services are available. The additional benefits like mobile phone reimbursement, fitness reimbursement are okay as well. There is a general sense of belonging to the company due to the satisfactory culture.

Dislikes

Promotions after IN3/4 are usually slow. Compared to other Tier 1 tech companies, the compensation is generally a bit lesser. The primary goal isn't Engineering Excellence but tech is more of a retail-enabler.
