Nothing except salary that is also when the company will have enough business to pay.

Dislikes

There are lots of things like it's a merger Dale Carnegie and still they do not train there employees. They do not have enough business to pay salaries. Everybody trying to sell the training session but because of their low valued commitments industry vendors didn't trust them. Day by day they are loosing bussiness. There is no job s ecurity my ex colleague got fired in just a 2 months reson showing we don't have enough bussiness requirement....Read More

No work life balance for lower management but in Head office every body is free for Gossip even the cheif positions people are also are free to discuss fashions and trendings.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
