Dislikes

Some managers like my manager not aligned with the company culture. They think about themselves more than that of company. Some employees take advantage of liberation that company is giving, they are doing juggling with their work and pretending to others that they are fully loaded.

Work Details

My boss is exploiting my skills just for his benefits. He think more about himself than that of company. As per company policy I should get I grade but my boss for his benefits given me J grade. Otherwise my company is best place to work.
