Here is no work life balance. CEO Satya doesn't even know what we called the Work- Life Balance. they hire only those people who are ready to give 24 hours to company on a underpay rate. if you are punctual of timings , they don't like it. They didn't give the salary on time. they make some promises on the interview timing and later denied. the Max appraisal, you can get is only 3k in 3 years. There is no promotion things exists in this company. According to the Company, Job Security is like hiring a guard who will do all the work of Plumber, Electrician, Office Boy, developer. All the Manager in every team are snakes. Trust Me you can't survive here. They don't have any new project even if the BA team goes to the Airport to receive a client for meeting ad wasted their 6 hours. What is Skill Development? Company Don't know about this term. When i was working with this company, I thought every day that where is the work satisfaction? Most Important Thing , Company Culture is very toxic. They Don't even think about any other person.
