Nothing in this organisation is to be liked about. All they do is fake promises all the time.

Management sucks and the owner is still blindfolded by the top management because the owner trusts him a lot. No job security as you can be asked to leave anytime as we all 72 employees were asked to leave at once. In order to retain the employees they will give you fake promises of additional incentives but after giving it for a month or two they will stop it again. DM and DGM are random people who do not have any idea how to run the business. No professionalism in the organisation. Worked for 2 years in backoffice working environment is satisfactory and has night shifts only it has many process like back end, calling and chatting It is an International process. There is no growth and job stability it's all depend on client if they want they can terminate many employee

Night shifts No night allownace, No fix incentive,No transport (only for chat and voice process available ) No extra payout for working during government holidays
