Thanks a lot to the company for offering us a personal medical coverage. Apart from the medical coverage, we also have regular health and wellness programs led by industry experts. These sessions are thorough, informative, and incredibly helpful in keeping us aware and understanding the advantages of leading a healthy lifestyle. I would count it as the best benefit that we have.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
