It is not just talked about but put into action and taken seriously from top to bottom. We are experiencing the benefits of it like creation of a strong bond, building of the trust factor, dependability etc. It’s nice that you get to do tasks associated with your core domain. Learning from the on ground reality adds to the practical experience
