Worst Culture/Worst People/No Human Values People at Higher Levels have made work cuture worst. No one can leave after office hours. If leaves strict actions is taken. They are hirig people who are ready to stay after working hours no matter you just sit & do nothing whole day of office hours. They don't want people who will work properly and finsh the work in time or at the end of office hours. Saturday also they are calling for work.
