Dislikes

Top Leaders are not sensible, and not independent to take decisions by themselves. For every small decision they make, they need to take approval from the CEO. Hence, I feel Top Leaders are not empowered and most of them I feel they are unstable in decision making too. They change their words, decisions and approvals in no time, which actually irritates employees. KRAs & Goal sheets will change 10 times in a year. By the time you realise what your KRAs are, they will get changed. HR dept is another weakest department in the whole company. We need to run behind them even for the smallest thing to get done. Top Management isn't aware of what ground-level activities. They live in perceptions and work on them instead of working on facts and ground realities. Policies even do change in no time and down the level team is not even aware of such policy change....Read More

No favorable working conditions. No new learning, trainings and development. Work pressure. Saturday working though its off. No employee benefits. They have vision but don't have a path to achieve it. No coordination within teams. No system / process & policies available in place. No employee engagement activities. No financial assistance to employees in difficult situations. Slow growth opportunities. Less professional in behavior. No food for employee at HO as well. Very low knowledgeable people. Company terminated no of employees in last 1 year without any reason. so job security is the big question. Very low travel allowances as per current market....Read More
