1.Salary hike is very low 2.some people get yearly promotion and some will not get even in 7 years 3.HR doesn't care about people salary and few people's get yearly 25% and some will get 2% even if he performs well 4.company is far from city so more travelling time 5.Production people behave like animal that much work pressure is there in production from top bosses 6.More preference to girls for anything like salary, increment, promotion this is something toxic...Read More
