But now they feel, reducing headcount/provides very low salary hike/holding promotions is very essential for cost cutting... as company is not doing good business this year(that's what they say every year). Corporate politics can kill your job at any point of time in your career with this organization. No matter how well did you served earlier.

No freedom, dress code, no flexi working hours. Working hour is 10 but considered 9.40 hour per day. No flexibility for women employees. Gender bias, no compensation equality. Poor HR policies. Hell lot of manager issues but no one will help u out.
