This place sucks…over the past year there have been several issues that have significantly impacted the morale and well being of employees. One of the primary concern is the toxic work culture perpetuated by the lady boss, who seems to spend rumours and create animosity among employees. This has created a hostile environment where employees are pitted against each other, leading to lack of teamwork and cohesion. Furthermore the lack of proper management and direction is evident. As there to be confusion regarding the company goals and objectives. The area to office is a way to slum area.. with 20 employees resigning in the past year, instead of hiring replacements, the workload is unfairly distributed among the remaining employees without a hike in salary ! And leading to overwork and burnout. The lunch area is situated on terrace which is inadequate and does not provide a conducive environment for employee to rest and relax while Atleast having the lunch. You are not allowed to have breakfast! There are no toilet paper in men’s washroom reason being why do men need toilet paper ???? They have a microwave that only the boss and operational head can use ! Despite these challenges there are no increase in salary and the appraisals are non negotiable and mere 3 percent that too once in a year ! No diwali bonus! First 3 months you will be treated as employee of the year and after 3 months like a trash in office…...Read More
