The brand and their Directors have 0 knowledge and they feel they know everything They spend 0 Rs on marketing and then tell employees to get result. They make employees do market research and then don’t spend at the time of last step that is payment. They always keep hiering , the MD Jaya Thirani, Director Sandeep & HR Khadija arethe worst in the firm. The C.E.O is too good but always out of the loop. It is a family business so C.E.O is always helpless. Worst place to work they do let employees eat in the office and you can’t eat except lunch time, you need to wash your cups and glass if you drink tea or coffee in spare time. Zero hygiene and Zero maintenance, No POSH policy, no employee safety. The footwear is not from street of London or U.S.A it is from street of suburbs. The manager designation is always vacant after 2months. I request do not join that firm. They will hire first and in 2months they will ask you to leave as they are facing bankruptcy....Read More

The working culture is really bad because of the dirty politics. The so called unethical people have been hired since years and do behave like bosses around. I have increased my stress levels due to this job and there is no work management here. Everyone is literally doing timepass and no creativity! Wishing luck to the brand with these stupid employees !

This place sucks…over the past year there have been several issues that have significantly impacted the morale and well being of employees. One of the primary concern is the toxic work culture perpetuated by the lady boss, who seems to spend rumours and create animosity among employees. This has created a hostile environment where employees are pitted against each other, leading to lack of teamwork and cohesion. Furthermore the lack of proper management and direction is evident. As there to be confusion regarding the company goals and objectives. The area to office is a way to slum area.. with 20 employees resigning in the past year, instead of hiring replacements, the workload is unfairly distributed among the remaining employees without a hike in salary ! And leading to overwork and burnout. The lunch area is situated on terrace which is inadequate and does not provide a conducive environment for employee to rest and relax while Atleast having the lunch. You are not allowed to have breakfast! There are no toilet paper in men’s washroom reason being why do men need toilet paper ???? They have a microwave that only the boss and operational head can use ! Despite these challenges there are no increase in salary and the appraisals are non negotiable and mere 3 percent that too once in a year ! No diwali bonus! First 3 months you will be treated as employee of the year and after 3 months like a trash in office…...Read More

They dont listen to your views ideas and lots of politics between peoples, unnecessary pressurise to leave job. People come and leave Like that only. And putting in night shift without any prior discussion in interview. No proper team coordination
