Once you join, they will start pressuring you to sign a 5-year bond. However, during the interview and onboarding process, they won’t mention it. I had a stable job, but I wanted growth, that is why I decided to join this company. Unfortunately, I didn’t expect this situation to arise. Now, I’m actively looking for other opportunities.

They will just waste your time and go. Worst cultured company, these people are only there for harassment of the candidate.
