It's very easy to fool the management as they have limited technical knowledge.

The management lacks technical knowledge yet draws huge salaries. Voith is a good brand, but unfortunately, these individuals have created such a poor impression that nearly every customer is unhappy and even mocks them. If you are technically sound, this may not be the right company for you. In meetings, they will try to dominate your ideas and undermine your input, often making fun of you.

Very good company. I am realizing now with compare to other company that Voith Paper , kolkata is a very good organization for work. You will get a stress free work load with complete 100% work life balance.

Full of old age people in management.
