1.First of all you have to sell postpaid connection, that too with pressure, forcefully give postpaid connection to the customer. Somehow give postpaid connection to the customer and then force it to run for 4 months. Mene 1/1.5 saal job ki vi me mujhe har din yhi chinta rehti thi ki aaj mera postpaid kaise hoga kaise karunga. It was a very good experiance i have got from vodafone no castism no cultural difference i had face there.I had learn so many things.Training provided which was really good.I had seen 4store manager and its my goodness that 3store managers which i got was very supportive plus they teach us very nicely.

Dislikes

Working hrs was more like we in at 9.30 and left store at 9pm. Now timechas changed and now they close store at 7pm so its good.Target was higher that time i was talking about the period of 2014 to 2016. I feel like there is they behave different with offrole and onrole employees there is no equality between onrole offrole though the cros are faces of that company .I had done my mba but i have not promoted for onrole store manager Its becessary to get things on perticular time but if its not done many people gets demotivated now time changed.There should be a support system for offrole employees so that they can feel comfortable fearless while doing job....Read More

I would like to work again at vodafone due to the same culture they have everywhere..like i didwork at pune store and sholapur store both the culture is equal and that makes me feel comfortable while doing job.my seniors was very helpfull .
