Yes I am unsatisfied to working with vodafone . I am currently working with vodafone and here the transport service is very poor. About the team and team members -seniours are always ignored, shouting on the juniors. Here in the vodafone work will be directly assigned to you without providing any KT. Managers are not supporting .I have joined this org. On 11-may-2017 And without getting any proper KT, I have done 3 projects and also got the appropriation from the project people. But when was the time of hike . Then manager told me your performance was not good . When. I have asked the reason then whatever explanation they given, its unexpected for me. I am working from last 2 & half year in Vodafone in UK vats. Here work balance is good but some times you are over burdened with work due to agile environment. Mangers are supoortive and good. Teams are good so environment is always healthy . Good company to work
