I was asked to leave the company in the pandemic. One person was assigned full time so that all my negative parts could be highlighted.

On my team members were good the rest including HR Vishwas Verma and the entire management is worst and they only want alcohol to drink and the person who serves them stays in the company and they allow him to grow further.

Good work culture,there is huge cafeteria for chilling.Company policies are good.I am really proud to have been associated with VODAFONE.

I just dislike one thing which is even for companys system glitch employees are hold responsible and employee has to suffer for the same when it comes to their monthly or yearly performance. Where in its beyond their control and is not fair at all.

The job was quiet interesting.I got a chance to learn many new skills and also got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I regret my decision working with this organization. I feel like working in prison. Really disappointed with the work experience, culture, staff, managers and the management system. If anyone thinking to join i would recommend you from my bottom of my heart that please dont join. Join another mnc but not Vodafone 🙏

Work environment is really good, teamamtes are very supportive, company policies are transparent and management as well. Company environment is really loving. Appraisals are quite fair and bonus is really good. Overall a great learning experience and healthy work life balance.

There is lot to learn but can't implement learninngs, growth is slow.

I loved to work in process I was assigned in.

My manager, his struggle to handle team cost to leave my job, I left my job because of manager not because of Vodafone as it is. I was pressurized and harrased and not even a single HR care to address my issue. I am looking forward to raise issue in employment forum of India with human rights.
