Working environment is good but the only flaw I would be seeing is the higher authority and the unrealistic tasks they have started putting up and giving too much pressure on the advisors for something that seems not right and getting something unrealistic.

One of the worst company, management sucks. There are policies but no one follows's it, i would never recommend this company to any one as employer neither to any customer. These people are not employee eccentric nor they are customer eccentric. They just want to make money for themselves, i mean for their upper management only.

Their policies sucks, their process sucks due ro which employees work get complicated and also customer suffers. Thefe are many things which i cannot even mention here in few words, i wasted 2 years of hard work with this company and performes consistently well and not saying this i do have their certificate which says i have been performing great for the month and few certificate says for quarterly. Still i don't get even 1% growth in this company. I got promoted 2 times but both the time it was revoked and when i questioned about this they say we had some issue so we will give promote you in the mid year, they said this same thing on the first time as well but nothing done so finally i decided to not give my hard work to these kind of people and left the job with immediate resignation....Read More

I was in ICO process, web chat process for so i had to take customer chat online from UK. I had take 2 chats at a time. In a day we use to take around 70-80 chats.

The company is very good, but growth is slow. The work pressure is average, I have to work nine hours per working day's. Managers are very good but presently telecom sector is very bad situation, so thats why I change my carrer more better opportunity thanks to Naukri.Com.
