The name and brand is good. Nothing else I can imagine any good thing about Vodafone.

Salary structure is very difficult to understand. Salary increment is very poor. Work life balance is not that much effective. Opportunities are there but only for higher authorities. Benefits were given previously and now they are reduced. Skills development, you have to work on your own. At Vodafone, you can learn a process, nothing else. Not at all good, not satisfied with salary discussed at joining time and when got in-hand and asked to HR about it, they said this will be your take home salary which is way less than discussed while joining. I won't recommend anyb
